My photos are inspired by Hiroshi Sugimoto. For me, his photographs capture the essence of time itself. The waves and sky blend into a timeless, spiritual image. I often use long exposure times to blur the lines between sea and the sky.
The horizon: not as a boundary or limit, but as an invitation. It is for me a dynamic edge where the known meets the vastness of the unknown. A constant reminder that there is always more to discover, further to reach, and a new perspective awaiting our arrival. It is the birthplace of adventure and the source of hope.
On the other hand the immense space settles, offering peace. Slowing down encourages me to be fully here in the moment. It engages my senses, which is a form of immediate mindfulness.
